Step 1: Select the Discount

1. Find the discount you want to adjust and click it.

Step 2: Enable Discount Code Feature

1. Scroll down to the Extra Options section.

2. Toggle the Block Discount Codes feature on.

3. Read the instructions carefully as this feature can impact conversions.

This enables you to manage how discounts combine.

Step 3: Check App Embed

1. Click the Steps to Enable option to verify the app embed is enabled.

2. Follow any instructions provided.

Step 4: Choose Discount Blocking Option

1. Select one of the three options for blocking discount codes:

2. Blocks all cart and product codes (default).

3. Click Save Discount.

Step 5: Confirm and Save Changes

1. Review the preview of changes and click Save again.

2. If the discount is not enabled, enable it now.

Step 6: Validate the Feature

1. Try using a discount code that previously worked in the cart or checkout.
